I’m Rachel Burleson, a Licensed Professional Counselor located in east Dallas, Texas. I love working with women, because I have been where you are. I understand how easy it is to fall into the trap of “hustling for your worth”. If I was just thinner, prettier, funnier, wealthier, more accomplished…THEN I’d be worthy enough of the love, recognition and connection I deserve. I can relate to those feelings, because I have been there too.

I want you to know that you matter here. You have been keeping yourself busy, accomplished, and perhaps numb in order to distract from that aching feeling that deep down you’re not good enough.
