Therapeutic Approaches, Licensure and Certifications

I am an integrative and holistic therapist. I believe strongly in the body-mind-spirit connection, and in order to heal and be the best version of ourselves, we must address all aspects. In addition to traditional talk-therapy, this may also include examining daily habits and routines including nutrition, exercise and sleep. We can work together to create wellness rituals and mindfulness practices. I am also happy to collaborate with your primary doctor or psychiatrist, if medication is recommended.

I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches including:

  • Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT)

  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCBT)

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Adlerian Therapy

  • Walk-Talk Therapy

  • Shame-Informed Therapy
